摘要
本文在介绍分子力学的基本原理的基础上,对分子力学在配位化学中的应用做了总结,主要包括螯合物的构象分析和生物体内离子载体对金属离子的配位作用的分子力学研究,并指出了分子力学在配合物的研究中的应用前景。
Based on the description of molecular meachanics, the review for its applications in coordination chemistry has been made in this paper. It includes the conformation analysis of chelated compounds and the molecular meachanics studies of the coordinating action beteen metal ion and ionic carrier in organisms.
