湖北绿泥石、伊利石、多孔硅质岩应用途径探索 被引量:1

EXPLORATION ON THE WAYS OF APPLICATION OF CHLORITE,ILLITE AND POROUS SILICALITE IN HUBEI PROVINCE

摘要 本文概述了随州、南漳、京山等地绿泥石粘土、伊利石粘土、多孔硅质岩的一般特征,并探索了这三种矿产的应用途径:绿泥石粘土可作为“榻榻米”席草的染土;伊利石粘土为硅质原料合成轻质保温材料——托贝莫来石型微孔硅酸钙,以伊利石粘土为主要原料可烧制轻质建筑陶粒、伊利石粘土还可用作橡胶填料;以多孔硅质岩为硅质原料可合成微孔硅酸钙。这些探索研究为今后开发利用这几种矿产提供了依据。 In order to develop and utilize the mineral resources of chlorite, illite clay and porous silicalite in Hubei province, their application to industry have been explored by authors. By means of analysis and test, the authors have discovered that the staining clay of Japanese mat -grasses is chlorite clay, and the chlorite in Hubei is similar to Japanese staining clay in mineralogical compositions and physicochemical properties. Using the chlorite clay in Hubei to stain mat-grasses, it can made the mat-grasses keep original fresh green in color and fragrance. The quality of the grass mat woven by the chlorite clay can be up to first-class. Illite clay and porours silicalite can be used as a silica materials, synthetic micropore calc -silicate, according to their characteristic of high SiO_2. Using dynamic method, the micro-pore calc-silicate of tobermorite type can be synthesized under the conditions of ratio of CaO: SiO_2 0.825~0.90, reactive temperature 170~190℃, reactive time 5 hours, of which density is 218~221 Kg/m^3, thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.0576~0.0582W/m. K, rupture strength is 0.31~0.78 MPa and shrinkage ratio is 1.38~1.45%. Analyses of chem-istry and mineralogical composition and various roasting tests of illite clay have indicated that the illite clay mixed with some proportional bentonite and coal powder can be baked out su-per-light syderolite grains with accumulation densities 335~368Kg/m^3, under the condi-tions of oxidation and high temporature of 1160°~1200℃. The experiment of filling test has proved that properties of the products of illite clay accord with GB1186~81 standard and the illite clay can be looked forward to become a new stuff of rubber. These studies have pro-vided scientific basis for developing and utilizing three mineral resources above mentioned.
