Reappraise the Problem of Scientific Writing from a New Height in the Sense that Science and Technology Constitute the Primary Productive Force

本文阐述了科学技术的研究范围和对象决定科技写作的范围和对象;科学技术是第一生产力的特定的含义、表现及其理论和实践意义;科学技术的本质、特点和规律决定科技写作的内容和特点,以及科技写作的自身特点;科技写作主要是为反映或表现科学技术的状况与发展服务,而不是其它。

In this article the problem of scientific writing is approached from a new angle in sev- eral aspects: the scope and object of study pertaining to science and technology determine the scope and object pertaining to scientific writing; science and technology as the primary productive force have its specific definition, expression, and theoretical and practical significance; the essence and characteristics pertaining to and the rules governing science and technology determine the contents and characteristics pertaining to scientific writing; scientific writing has its own characteristics; and scientific writing serves no other purpose than to reflect or express the current situation and further development of science and technology.
