摘要
针对某些传统滤波器阻带较窄,抑制谐波性能差的缺点,对传统的阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)进行了改进,使之通带内回波损耗降低,频带增宽,同时利用缺陷接地结构(DGS)抑制谐波特性来增加阻带宽度,得到一款低插损滤波器,最后使用HFSS建模仿真。结果表明:该滤波器具有良好的通带效果,通带内插入损耗小于1 dB,回波损耗大于10 dB,其上阻带频率超过18 GHz,在17.5 GHz处的衰减大于29 dB,可以有效抑制谐波。
Against some traditional filters had a poor performances on harmonic suppression and stop-band, a low insertion loss and widened band filter was designed by using improved the traditional stepped impedance resonator (SIR) and combined the defected ground structure (DGS) to increase the stop-band width. HFSS was used to simulating. Results show that the filter has desired performance, in the pass-band, the insertion loss and the return loss are 〈 1dB and 〉10 dB, respectively, the upper-stop-band frequency is 〉18 GHz, and the attenuation is 〉29 dB at 17.5 GHz. The filter can suppress harmonics effectively.
