A New Method for Raising the Electrothermal Conversion Efficiency of Box—type Clothes Dryers

计论了影响箱式干衣机电—热转换效率的因素,找出加热与吹风之间的最佳关系,从而提出间歇式加热-吹风的节能方法,并设计了控制电路,成功地应用在GZD-16自动干衣机中,使电—热转换效率达60％。

The factprs in affecting the electrothermal conversion efficiency in boxtype clothes dryers were, discussed in this paper. The optimal relation between heating and blowing in electrothermal conversion was investigated and a new method and a circuit for saving energy by intermittent heating and blowing, which has been successfully used in GZD—16 type automatic clothes dryer, were presented. Its electrothermal conversion efficiency could reach 60%.
