α-Fe_2O_3的制取及其气敏性质探讨

摘要 推荐一种制取细微α—Fe_2O_3粉料的方法,对它的气敏性质作了初步探讨,证明α—Fe_2O_3虽然是稳定相,但制成细微粒子加以掺杂后,在300℃左右也能发生下列反应:3α—Fe_2O_3+H_2→2Fe_3O_4+H2O,制得的气敏元件对H_2有较高的灵敏度。 A Process of preparation was proposed for the fine α—Fe2_O_3 powder and its gas sensibility was examined in this paper. The results showed that although α—Fe_2O_3 was a stable phase, the chemical reaction 3α—Fe_2O_3+H_2→2Fe_3O_4+H_2O was able to ocour with doping method in fine 3α—Fe_2O_3 powder. Sensing element manufactured by that powder was of better sensibility to the hydrogen.
