摘要
通过表面灌流黄体细胞研究了酪氨酸对HCG、Ca^(2+)所致孕酮分泌的影响。结果表明,酪氨酸对HCG诱导的黄体细胞孕酮分泌有显著抑制效应,而对Ca^(2+)所致的孕酮分泌未能显示抑制作用。提示,酪氨酸主要通过CAMP系统而发挥作用。
the effect of tyrosine on progesterone production by rat luteal cells was studied in perfusion system. Results showed that the suppressive effect of tyrosine on HCG- induced progesterone production was pronounced but inhibitory effect of tyrosine on calcium-induced progetone was not obsrved.These results suggesed that tyrosione may produce those effect through cAMP system.
