摘要
目的探讨壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱对轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及海马脑代谢产物的影响。方法从潍坊市老人院按照MCI诊断标准选取MCI患者18例(MCI组),同时选取性别、年龄与MCI患者相匹配的健康老年人17例作为对照组。MCI组给予壳聚糖和磷脂酰胆碱,共服用2个月。对照组不服药。采用放射免疫法检测两组被检者的血清IL-1β和TNF-α水平,采用磁共振波谱成像技术检查海马N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)/肌酐(Cr)、胆碱(Cho)/Cr、肌醇(MI)/Cr的值。MCI患者分别在服用药物前后采集血标本进行检测及进行磁共振波谱成像检查。采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据处理与分析。结果 MCI组治疗前血清IL-1β、TNF-α较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),MCI组治疗后血清IL-1β、TNF-α较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MCI组NAA/Cr较对照组降低(P<0.05),MI/Cr较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCI组NAA/Cr及MI/Cr治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于Cho/Cr,对照组与MCI组比较,以及MCI组治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论壳聚糖磷脂酰胆碱能降低MCI患者的血清IL-1β及TNF-α水平;并改善海马的代谢,对MCI有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To explore the influence of Chitosan-phosphatidylcholine complex to serum cytokine and hippocampus metabolism of MCI sufferers.Methods 18 MCI sufferers were selected according to international received criterias at present and were given chitosan-phosphatidylcholine complex group for 2 months,and 17 healthy controls were selected.Radio-immunity assay method was used to analyse the serium IL-1β and TNF-α levels,and 1H-MRS was performed in the hippocampus of both groups.The ratios of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and MI/Cr were determined and compared.Blood sample and 1H-MRS were did at the base line and after 2 months.Results Before treatment,the level of serum IL-1β,TNF-α of MCI patients were significant higher than healthy controls(P0.05).After treatment,there was no defference between MCI patients and healthy controls(P0.05).The NAA/Cr of MCI group was lower than the healthy control group,and MI/Cr is higher than the normal group,with significant differience(P0.05);there was significant differience in NAA/Cr and MI/Cr between pre-and post-treatment in MCI group(P0.05);yet,to Cho/Cr,there was no significant differience(P0.05)among MCI-NC,pre-and post-treatment in MCI group.Conclusion chitosan-phosphatidyl choline complex has the effect of anti-inflammation,it has some effect in the treating of MCI.
