摘要
本文研究了在PH6.4的HAc—NaAc介质中,痕量Mn(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化铬黑T褪色的新指示反应,其反应的表观活化能为63.68KJ·mol^-1,表观速率常数K=5.68×10^(-4)/S,半衰期T_(1/2)为20.32mm,该反应为一级反应。由此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。本方法的Sandell灵敏度为4.48×10^(-7)ug/cm^2,测定范围为0~20ng/25ml。对合金钢标样和饮用水中锰的测定,结果令人满意。
A new method has been studied in this paper based on the fact that trace Mn(Ⅱ)in a solu- tion of HAc—NaAc(PH6.4)catalyzes the discoloring reaction of Eriochrome black T by htdrogen peronide.The apparent ac-tivation energy is 63.68KJ·mol^(-1),the half life period(T1/2)is 20.32 minutes and it is a first order reaction.The sandell sensi-tivuty of method is 4.48×10^(-7)ug Mn (Ⅱ)/cm^2.The range of measure ment is 0~20mgMn(Ⅱ)/25ml.The method has been used for determining trace Mn(Ⅱ)in tap water and steel alloys with satisfactory results.
