经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾脏软结石临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Surgery on Soft Stones

目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾脏软结石的临床疗效。方法 22例肾脏软结石患者均行经皮肾镜碎石术。结果 22例患者均I期碎石成功,其中建立双通道碎石者5例,其余均单通道完成碎石。结论经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路软结石仍为较好的治疗方法,如术中掌握操作技巧、力求出血少、视野清晰,仍能够起到较好的碎石效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery on soft stones.Methods A total of 22 cases of soft renal stones underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy.Results All the 22 patients were cured by stage I lithotripsy,with the establishment of dual-channel gravel in 5 patients and single-channel gravel in others.Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy is a satisfiable treatment method for soft upper urinary tract stones as long as surgeons pay more attention to operating skills and strive to control the bleeding and maintain clear vision.
