阿拉山口和霍尔果斯的边境贸易

FRUNTIER TRADE AT AHLAH SHANLCOU AND HORGUS PASS

新疆开放口岸有14处,基本上已形成我国向西开放的格局。其中以阿拉山口和霍尔果斯最为重要。现已建成相当的规模。两年来边境贸易有很大发展。在发展过程中,各自存在着一些限制因素。为加速发展边贸,提出了八点值得深思的建议。

The 14 passes over the border area of Xinjiang which are open to both foreigners and people at home have basically helped China to form a westward opening - door pattern. Of all these passes,Ahlahs Shankou Pass and Horgus Pass are the most important with a considerable scope. The frontier trade through these two passes have found a rapid progreses. However,each of them have encountered some factors which limit the full play of their functions. In order to promote frontier trade,the present paper has put forward seven proposals which the author believes they merit attention.
