Guarantee of the Maganification Accuracy of Roundness Measuring Instrument

本文对圆度仪国家检定规程中决定放大倍数精度的单项指标“定度误差”、“相邻放大比误差”、“任意档对于定度档的放大比误差”,及综合指标“测量系统示值误差”进行了分析计算,并阐明了综合指标与单项指标的关系。

In this paper, some indexes of the maganification accuracy, given by the National Verification Regulation of Roundness Measuring Instrumdnt, are analysed and calculated. These indexes include three individual indexes, i. e. the caliberation error, the adjacent magni- fying ratio error and the magnifying ratio error of any range refer to the caliberation range, and a composit index, the indicating error of the measuring system. And also, the relationship between the composite index and the individual indexes is detailed.
