新疆主要葡萄品种过氧化物酶同工酶研究 被引量:1

摘要 本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对新疆的主要28个葡萄品种进行了过氧化物酶同工酶分析研究。其结果表明:1)过氧化物酶具有器官特异性和阶段特异性,功能叶酶带丰富,分离清晰,品种间有一定差异。2)证实了不同部位和不同时期的功能叶片具有相似而稳定的酶谱,采样时间一直可持续到落叶前。3)用各种的功能叶片进行酶带叠加,得到了新疆葡萄品种的过氧化物酶同工酶基本酶谱,酶带数为15条,共分四个区。4)通过扫描得出了各品种每个酶区的活性及所占比率。5)对同一品种不同单株出现酶谱差异进行了讨论。 This test, which adopted the polyaccylamide gel electrophoresis(PACE), was conducted to the analysis and research of the peroxidase(PER)isoenzymes on the 28 main verieties of grapes in Xinjiang. The result suggested: l)The peroxidase (PER) was provided with the organspeciality and the phase-speciality,the isoenzymes band was rich on the functional leaves and the separating substances assumed clear,but there were some differences in the varieties. 2)The functional leaves possessed the similar and stable zymogram patterns, these specific properties were all confirmed and the time of the sample could last till the falling of the leaves. 3)The function with every varieties were conducted to the reiteration plus of the isoenzyme band,thus having got the basic zymogram patterns on the peroxidase (PER)and the isoenzymes of the grape varieties in Xinjiang,the isoenzyme band numbers were 15 strips,it could be separated four sections. 4)The activities and the accounting rates from the every enzyme section of the different varieties were obtained by seaming. 5)The differences of the zymogram patterns,which emerged on the same variety but different single plant,were conduted to be discussed.
