摘要
采有地下室环境温度控制的方法,对280只昆明种小鼠进行了生殖效应影响的试验。试验在不同季节分为14个温度区,从10℃开始,每隔2℃为一个温度区。试验结果:14个温度区的母鼠受胎率(%)分别为:20、50、60、80、90、90、100、100、90、100、80、40、10、0,断奶成活率(%)分别为:18、65.9、72.2、89.7、92.3、87.8、100、94.4、100、97.8、91.1、80.6、73.3、0。试验结果表明:28℃温度区为小鼠最佳环境条件(P<0.01)。试验结论,利用新疆气候资源,建筑地下室式的小鼠饲养室可节能、节资,亦可成功克服小白鼠繁殖障碍。
Controlling the environmental temperature of the basement to search the effect on the reproduction of Mus, musculus kunming. This result indicates: 22-28°,centigrade, is the best environmental temperature for mouse reproduction (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Using the climate condition of Xinjiang, we could build basement-like rooms for raising mice,so as to economize energy and investment, and to enhance the reproductive rate.
