摘要 Our research and investigation proves thatthe growth rate of the productivity of thenonferrous metals industry is much lower thanthat of investment,and that the potential for in-creasing productivity iS very grear,in spite of thecompplicated influence of multiple weak joints re-strieting the increase of the productivity.To solvethese problems,following policies should
