Application of Biochemical Test Techniques to Insect Classificafion

本文从理论和实践的结合上论述了生化检验技术在昆虫分类上应用的方法：即运用琼脂免疫电泳法区别鳞翅目幼虫近似种；聚丙烯酞胺凝胶电泳测同功酶；染色体分析法。

This article deals theoretically and practically with the methods of application of bio-chemical test techniques to insect classification, i. e., to distinguish approximate species of larva of the scale and wing order by means of agar immunoelectrophoresis; to test isozyme by means of polyacryiamide gel electrophoresis; chromosome analysis.
