植物凝集素(PHA)对小鼠白细胞及血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的影响

EFFECT OF PHYTOHEMAGGLUTININ(PHA)ON LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE AND ISOENZYME IN MICE

本文就 PHA 在不同时间内对小鼠白细胞及血清 LDH,同工酶的影响进行了观察,结果表明,PHA 对小鼠白细胞及血清的 LDH 酶活性有一定的影响,24h,48h,72h 三个不同时间组均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),其中以48h 组酶活性最强,同时淋巴细胞的酶活性明显高于粒细胞;血清同工酶谱也有明显的变化,LDH_(1-4)均低于正常(P<0.01),LDH_5明显增高(P<0.01),同时出现了 LDH_5(?)亚带.

In this paper,We observed changes of cytochemistry and isoenzyme ofLDH at differences time after injecting PHA in mice.The results indicatedthat PHA has certain influences on Lactate dehydrogenase and isoenzyme inmice.At 24h,48h,72h experiment groups there are all obviously differencewith control group (P<0.01).Action of 48h group is the strongest among thethree groups.At the same time,the action of enzymic of lymphocyte risemore obvious than granulocytes.Isoenzyme graph also has obvious changes.LDH_(1-4) in lower than normal level (P<0.01).LDH_5 markedly rise,and showLDH_5,sub-band.
