本文根据聚合物科学基本原理,从生产实践中总结出聚酯薄膜的分析检测方法,综述了磁带用聚酯薄膜的原料分析,膜质量生产控制及成品检验等问题。这不仅是制备优质磁带用聚酯薄膜必不可少的质量检验要求,也是研究PET薄膜结构与性能以及成膜机理的强有力的手段。

In thispaper, the analytical measuring method of polyester films is proposed based on the foundamental principles of polymer chemistry and engineering practice. Problems about the material analysis, the manufacturing procss contral, and the product quality inspection of polyester film are discussed, These prob- lems are important not only for the quality control of the polyster film used for high quality magnetic tapes, but also for the research of the structure, the charecteristics, and the film forming mechanism of PET films.
