摘要
本文在两系法育种进行了细胞质方面的探讨。为克服目前光、温敏核不育系育性不稳的问题,首次提出了利用对低温较敏感的质核互作雄性不育细胞质或者受细胞质控制的耐寒性雄性不育系作供体,借助恢复系为桥梁亲本,杂交 F_1与光敏核不育系杂交,分离选择。三个组合实验结果,F_2分离出不育株多,育性转换株少,不同组合间出现育性转换株频率差异大。这些选择的单株,育性转换明显,对低温不敏感,且光照较敏感,不育性好。可获得光周期效应大,温变性小,不育性似三系雄性不育系稳定的光敏核不育系。
In the paper,aspect of cytoplasm was discussed in two-lines system hybrid rice breeding,for to solve the problem of photoperiod-sensitive and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line fertility unsteady,pre- sent.We for the first time put furword to use male-sterile cytoplasm of nuclearplasm interation which is rather sensitive to low temperature or cold tolerance male-sterile line which was controlled by cytoplasm as donor.By means of restorer line as bridge parents,with hybrid F_1 and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line crossed,separated and selected.Experimental results of three combination.The sterile plants separated from F_1 were more and fertility change plants were few.There were significant difference in frequency of fertility change plants between various combination.These single plants which were selected.Fertility change was ob- vious.It was on sensition to low temperature and more sensition to photoperiod.There was a good sterility. It is possible to obtain steady photoperiod-sensitive genic sterile Lines which were big photoperiod effect,smell temperature variation,the sterility as male genic sterile line of three-lines
