摘要
本研究对 N5047S/T8340和 N5047S/02428的 F_1进行花药培养,获得了两个二倍体花培群体。以平均自然结实率为指标,对这两个花培群体在长短日下的育性表现进行了分析。结果表明,在长日下两个花培群体的育性表现为明显分离,呈连续的双峰曲线分布。X^2检验,不育花培系比可育花培系符合1:3的分离比,说明光敏核不育水稻雄性不育性受两对独立的隐性主效基因控制。在短日下,各个花培系都为可育,说明,花培不育系的育性能稳定地转换。但不同的花培不育系育性恢复的强弱不一致。本研究还表明花培群体对研究光敏核不育水稻雄性不育性的遗传具有独特的优点。我们还就用花培技术选育新的光敏核不育系进行了讨论,并选到了农艺性状优良、不育性表现彻底的不育系。
Two doubled-haploid populations,which arouse by spontaneous doubling,were generated through in vitro anther culture from F_1 donors involving NS047S/T8340 and N5047S/02428.Fertility perfor- mance of the two anther-derived populations under longer daylenth and shorter daylength was studied using an indicator of spikelet fertility. It demonstrated that sterility segregation was continuous and the curve of segregation showed two peaks for the two populations under longer daylength,Chi-square tests showed that sterile lines vs fertile lines fitted 1:3 ratio in each population,indicating that the photoperiod sensitive genic male sterility is controlled by two pairs of recessive major genes.Under shorter daylength,all the anther-derived lines of the two populations were fertile,indicating that all the sterile lines had a stable fertility transformation.But different sterile lines performed different fertility-restoring abilities under shorter daylength.We found that anther-derived popula- tion had a distinctive advantage in studies on the inheritance of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice, Selection of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice with anther culture technique was discussed and we had already selected lines which performed complete sterility and excellent agronomic traits.
