摘要
用普通甘蓝型油菜(B.napus L.)中油821与埃塞俄比亚芥(B.carinata Braun)进行正反交,在对后代向甘蓝型方向选择的同时,中油821×埃塞俄比亚芥正交组合出现的不育株,广泛选择反交组合的可育株对其进行成对测交。根据测交后代的育性表现逐代选具有保持能力,遗传稳定的后代。进而医得性状一致,无育性分离的异核型雄性不育系及其相应的保持系。用不同的生态类型甘蓝型油菜品种或品系测交表明,在欧洲及亚洲类型的甘蓝型油菜中皆有它的恢复系。它的恢保关系与玻里马雄性不育系统具有显著差异。
By the direct and inverse crossing of common rapeseed(B.napus L.)Zhongyou 821 and Abyssinian Mustard(B.carinata B.)the male sterile plants of direct combination(Zhongyou 821× Abyssinian Mustard)were tested by the male fertile plants of inverse combination after F_2.And then,contin- uely back crossed the male sterile plants of tested generation in pair by stable male fertile plants of the inverse crossing combination.The stable maintainers were selected based on male sterility of tested plants. By the selection for several generations,the allo-nucleus type CMS and maintainer were developed which were stable and its all characters were no difference.The male sterile strain was tested by different ecotype varieties or lines of rape seed.It was recovered that there were restorers in European and Asian B.napus va- rieties.Its restorer and maintainer were very different from Polima system.
