温度对油菜细胞质雄性不育系过氧化物酶同工酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文报道了采用电泳技术研究温度对 Polima 细胞质的油菜不育系07A 及其保持系07B 过氧化物酶同工酶的影响。结果表明,在相同的温度条件下,不同时期叶片和茎尖以及花蕾中过氧化物酶同工酶不育系与保持系都有差异,表现为前期叶片和茎尖中酶活性不育系比保持系强,后期花蕾中不育系比保持系弱。在一定温度范围内,不育系过氧化物酶同工酶活性随环境温度的增高而增强,超过一定的高温界限,酶活性反而有所降低。不育系微量花粉的产生与体内特别是花蕾中过氧化物酶同工酶活性降低有着直接关系。保持系过氧化物酶同工酶受温度的影响不及不育系明显。 The influences of temperature on peroxidase(POD)isozyme patterns in polima Cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS)line 07A and its maintenance line 07B were studied by disc-polyacrylamide gel elec- trophoresis.Under the same temperature,the POD isozyme patterns of the leaf blades,shoot apexes and buds in 07A were different from that of 07B.The POD activities werer stronger in the leaf blades and shoot apexes of 07a,but lower in the buds of 07B.Within a certain temperature range,the activities in 07A were increased when temperature rose,and decreased when it was above a critical point.The produce of trace pol- lens in 07A was related directly with the reduction of the POD activities.Compared with that in 07A,the ef- fection of temperature on POD isozymes in 07B was less greatly.
