摘要
当前,世界棉花杂种优势利用,仍采用人工去雄授粉杂交制种为主要手段,这种制种方法技术要求较高,费工费时,杂交种子生产率低,从而。限制了杂交棉的迅速发展。从1985~1988年,我们采用低酚棉做母本,有酚棉做父本,不去雄在棉花开花后直接授粉,获得杂交种子,并依据形状(腺体的有无),区别真假杂种,有效地应用了遗传学的显、隐性原理,利用这种方法,解决了亲本选择、组合选配、最佳授粉时间及杂交率的检验等难题,为有效地利用棉花杂种优势开避了新途径。
Up to now,the use of hybridity in the world it is usually used that make hybrid seed artifical castrit,this method demands better technique,but the quantity of making hybrid seed is little,and it limits development of hybrid cotton.1985~1988,We gain hybrid seed using glandless cotton female parent and gland cotton male parent,not to castrit,we eliminate the false hybrid seed and retain the true according to exist or not.The use of this method settles a difficult problem of elect parents and combination and time of pollination and detection of rate of hybrid.It finds a new road for the use of hybrididty of cotton.
