烤烟(N.tabacum L.)主要性状的杂种优势及优势相关性分析

Analysis of Flue—cured Tobacco Heterosis and Heterosis Relationships among the Characters

采用6个烤烟品种及其组配的15个杂交组合试验,对12个性状的杂种优势及优势强度间的相关分析表明:叶宽、节距、烟碱含量、产值4个性状具有显著的杂种优势。其它性状的杂种优势较低。不同组合间同一性状的杂种优势的变异范围较大。均价具有一定的杂种优势(8.46%),且与节距、产值的优势呈显著和十分显著的相关。产量的平均优势为8.64%,单叶重和叶长的杂种优势是产量优势的主要组分,叶宽优势尽管较高,但对产量优势影响不大。分析发现:叶长与节距的优势强度间;还原糖含量与烟碱含量、单叶重的优势强度间均呈显著的负相关。

Six flue-cured tobacco cultivars and resultant 15 F_1 hybrids were evaluated for heterosis of 12 characters and heterotic correletion among the characters.The results indicate:leaf width,internodal length, nicotine content and value(yuan/hm^2)exhibited significant heterosis,and heterosis of all characters had a large range of variability among crosses.Heterosis of mean price(8.46%)was significant positively correlact- ed with internodal length and value(yuan/ha).There was positive heterosis(8.64%)in yield.Heterosis of sigle leaf weight and leaf length had a larger direct effect on yield heterosis.The effect of heterosis of leaf width was litter on yield heterosis,although it had significant heterosis.The significent negative correletion between heterosis of leaf length and heterosis of internodal length,between the heterosis of reducing sugar content and heterosis of nicotine content,and heterosis of single leaf weight were found in the study.
