基因型-环境互作对距离分析的影响初探

摘要 探讨基因型-环境互作对距离分析的影响。结果表明,由于基因型-环境互作的存在,影响了距离分析结果的稳定性和可靠性、限制了距离分析的应用。基因型-环境互作对距离分析的影响可以通过品种稳定性来进行研究。试验结果证明,当用平均值和稳定性方差一起作为参量进行距离分析,可以消除基因型-环境互作对距离分析的影响。 The result of the effect of genotype-environment interaction on distanceanalysis indicates that its existence influences the stability and reliabilityof the distance analysis, restricts its application. The effect cnn be studied t-hrough the variety stability, eliminated by the mean performance togetherwith stability variance as parameters conducting the distance analysis.
