红细胞电泳测定的临床应用初探 被引量:1

摘要 文中检测了13例糖尿病和13例脑梗塞患者的红细胞电泳时间和血浆粘度,以探讨血浆粘度对红细胞电泳时间的影响。结果表明:糖尿病、脑梗塞患者的红细胞电泳时间较正常人群显著延长,血浆粘度也显著高于正常人群。并就上述结果的临床意义进行了初步探讨。 Cell electrophoresis is a biophysical method for studying the surface electric charge of cells. We measured the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis of 13 diabetes cases and 13 cerebral infarct cases. We also measured the serum viscosity of these patients to study how the serum viscosity affects the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis. The results showed: The time of erythrocyte electrophoresis of both the diabetes (17.87±5.94 seconds) and the cerebral infarct (19.07±4.46 seconds) groups was significantly longer than that of the normal group (p<0.05). The serum viscosity of both the diabetes (V=1.82±0.23) and the cerebral infarct (V=1.80±0.23) groups was higher than that of the normal group. The clinical significance of the results was also discussed.
