乳腺增生病血液流变特点和“乳腺2号”的药理作用

RED-CELL DEFORMABILITY AND THROMBELASTOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERPLASIA OF MAMMARY GLAND AND TREATED WITH “RU XIAN No. 2”

１．气滞血瘀型乳腺增生患者血液呈高凝状态，有高粘趋向，凝血反应时间ｒ值明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞硬度增大，全血粘度高出对照组３．１％～６．８％；２．“乳腺２号”（丹参，三七等）可明显改善红细胞变形性，服药后红细胞ＴＫ值减小（ｐ＜０．０５），同时患者全血粘度下降４．４％～９．１％，红细胞聚集指数下降６．４％，方剂还有延长患者血栓弹力图ＴＥＧ的ｒ、ｋ、ｍ值，增加ｍａ、ｍｅ的趋向，提示方剂有改善高凝状态的作用；３．据中医“异病同治”原则，本结果提示“乳腺２号”可用于其它具有高凝高粘趋向疾病的治疗。该文目的是从红细胞流变学及动态体外血栓形成角度研究乳腺增生病特点并对自制方剂“乳腺２号”的药理作用进行初步探讨。

In this paper we study the hemorheological characters of hyperplasia of mammary gland (HMG) and the pharmacological effect of 'Ru Xian No. 2' on HMG. The results showed: (1) The blood of patients with HMG typed to 'stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis' was of hypercoagulable and hyperviscosity characters, the reaction time for blood coagulation shortened obviously (p<0.01), RBCs deformability was poor, the viscosity of whole blood was 3.1~6. 8% higher than that of the control group. (2) 'Ru Xian No. 2' (compositions: Dan Shen and San Qi, etc. ) could significantly improve RBCs deformability of patients with , the TK value of RBCs decreased markedly after treating (p<0.05), the viscosity of whole blood decreased by 4.4~9.1%, the aggregation index of RBCs decreased by 6.4%, and there was a tendency of shortening r, k, m and increasing ma, me in TEG, it indicated that 'Ru Xian No. 2' could relax hypercoagulable state. (3) By the principal of 'the same treatment for different diseases' in traditional Chinese medicine, 'Ru Xian No. 2 'may he used in other kinds of diseases with hyperviscous and hypercoagulable characters.
