高血压病患者的红细胞变形性研究

STUDY ON ERYTHROCYIE DEFORMATION IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERIENSION

文中对９０例高血压病患者的红细胞变形性进行研究，按高血压病Ｉ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期测定 ＩＲ、ＥＦＩ和ＤＩ。结果表明高血压病患者与健康对照组比较ＩＲ、ＥＰＩ明显增，ＤＩ明显降低，有显著性差异。提示高血压病患者红细胞变形性降低，且随病期加重而红细胞变形性愈差。

In this paper, influences of hemorheological properties on the relationship between bloood pressure and blood flow was studied. Ninety patients with hypertension were divided into three groups (Stage I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, respectively) by a diagnostic standard WHO. The indices of erythro- cyte rigidity (IR), erythrocyte filterability index (EFI) and erythrocyte deformation index (DI) were measured for each sample. Experimental results were presented as follows: DI=1.11±0.08 (p> 0.05), IR=3.55±0.59 (p<0.01), EFI=68.53±10.03(p<0.05) for Stape I; DI= 0.76±0.17 (P<0.001), IR=4.12±0.29 (P<0.001), EFI=171. 88±41. 86(p<0. 001) for Stage Ⅱ ; DI=0.56±0.14 (p<0.001), IR=4.32±0.36(p<0.001), EFI=222. 40±53.24 (p<0.001) for Stage Ⅲ, and DI=1.15±0.09, IR=3.20±0.35, EFI=62. 81±6.36 for a control group of thirty healthy donors. The results indicated that a decrease in ery- throcyte deformability was induced by hypertension, which implied that not only. Reducing blood pressure but also improving erythrocyte deformability are all of benefit to treat hypertensive cases.
