摘要
本文检测７０例老年及老年前期高血压病患者血液流变性和左心参数变化，结果表明，高血压病患者血液粘度高于正常人；不同类型高血压病组间血液流变参数改变亦有差异；高血压左心结构和功能改变与血液粘度异常有关。并初步探讨血液流变性异常与高血压病左心结构和功能改变的机理。
Hemorheological indices and left ventricular parameters were determined with two-dimensional echocardiography in 70 senile and presenile hypertensive patients. The results demonstrated: the whole blood viscosity in hypertensive patients is higher than that of normal subjects, the hemorheology indices vary with the type of hypertension; the change of the left - heart structure and function is closely correlated with the Increase of blood viscosity.
