白血病细胞的Ki-67表达与细胞周期的关系 被引量:1

摘要 用ABC方法检测白血病细胞Ki-67阳性率,并与同时用流式细胞仪检测的DNA倍体、S+G_2M细胞比例作比较,发现Ki-67阳性率与S+G_2M细胞比例关系十分密切;二者与DNA倍体之间都有非常显著关系。在白血病各亚型中,Ki-67阳性率与S+G_2M细胞比例表现一致。白血病组高于对照组;急性白血病组高于慢性白血病组;急性淋巴细胞白血病组高于急性非淋巴细胞白血病组。急性白血病中,治疗前Ki-67阳性率和S+G_2M细胞比例在缓解组低于未缓解组。因此,可以认为用ABC方法检测Ki-67阳性率与用流式细胞仪测定DNA单参数一样,作为白血病诊断、分析及预后判断的指标,而且更方便、价廉。 Ki-67 positive fraction in leukemic cells were measured with ABC immunostaining method and compared with DNA ploidy, S+G2M cell fraction examined by flow cytometry. We found that there was a striking relationship between the Ki-67 positive fraction and S+G2M cell fraction and between both of them and DNA ploidy. In leukemic subtypes, the Ki-67 positive fraction had revealation to S+G2M cell fraction, ie. in leukemic group they are higher than in control group, in acute leukemia higher than chronic leukemia, ALL higher than ANLL. Among acute leukemias, Ki-67 positive fraction and S+G2M cell fraction before treatment in the remission group were lower than non-remission group. Thus we considered that Ki-67 positive fraction measured by ABC method may be regarded as an index for diagnosis, classification and judging prognosis of leukemia. It is more convenient and economic.
