摘要
本文以钢管弯制的工艺过程为基础,从影响钢管弯制的主要因素入手,分析研究了中频弯管过程实现微机监控的可行性,提出了总体控制方案。并在此基础上,通过实验分析论证加热温度和推弯速度这两个基本控制环节的控制方案。为进一步的理论分析和现场实际应用打下了基础。
Based on analyzing the technological process of stell-pipe bending.Taking the viewpoint from the main affecting factors,the paper analyses the microprocessor-monitor control.An overall feasibility of control design is put forward,in which two of basic controlling links are considered that are the heating temperature and bending speed.Present research sets up a foundation for further study theoretically and application in practice.
