本文报告了30例重症新生儿肺炎患儿,在对因、对症治疗基础上,辅以鼻导管法高频喷射通气给O_2,取得良好疗效。且可避免气管插管或气管切开术。操作简单,易掌握,疗效好,实为一种治疗重症新生儿肺炎有利措施之一。

This paper reports thirty case of serious newborn pneumonia on the basis of causative and symptomatic treatment high frequency jet ventilation supply of O_2 by the tube nasal. It avoids the tracheostomy and tracheal catherization. The working is easy and it has good effect. It is a helpful way for use in ease of serious newborn pneumonia.
