系统性红斑狼疮病人补体C_4别型的检测

Allotype of C_4 Detected in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematous

本文对65例系统性红斑狼疮病人的补体C4别型进行了检测,并与98例正常人作了对照,结果是:SLE病人的C4*AQo和C4*BQo频率明显增高,C4A3频率明显下降。（P【0.001）

The allotype and gene frequence of C, have been detected in 65 patients with systemic lupus erythemtous and in 98 healthy controls. The result showed: C; AQo and C,* BQo gene frequcnces were increased and c4*∧3 gene frequence decreased. The statistics were significantly different.
