罕见的上腭化学感受器瘤之诊疗

Rare Palatochemodetoma-Experience of Diagnosis and Treatmt

化学感受器瘤好发于颈侧,以颈动脉体瘤最为多见,作者报告1例发生于上腭的罕见的化学感受器瘤,其临床特点为多发溃疡型肿瘤,浸润性生长,肿瘤无包膜,采用扩大切除术,随访20个月无复发。文中就其临床特征、诊断与治疗等进行了讨论。作者强调活检对这部位发生的化学感受器瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

Chemodectoma occurs frequently in the neck. While carotid body tumor is the most common tumor of chemodectoma. Author reported a rare case with chemodectoma which occured in the palata. This tumor's clinical features were presented as multiple ulcers; in-filtrating growth and no capsule around the tumor. Extended resection was been performed and no recurrence occured during 20 months of followup. Author emphasised the importment diagnostic value of the biopsy for chemodectoma occured in the palata.The clinical features, diagnosis and treatment were discussed in the paper.
