摘要
建立社会主义市场经济体制,是党的十四大确立的我国经济体制改革的总目标。电力企业作为国民经济的支柱,我们认为其劳动制度,也应该是与市场经济要求相适应的劳动制度。文中就市场经济条件下,电力企业劳动制度市场化改革的基本内容,改革思路及相应配套政策措施等做出探讨。
The establishment of socialism market economic system is the general target of na- tional economic system reform which had been built up by 14th National People's Congress.As a national economic pillar,we think,the labor system of power enterprise should fit in with market economy.This book had researched the marketable reforms of labour system,thinking of reforms and the relevant necessary policy.
