梯级库站群优化联调规律效益及约束变动的影响分析

摘要 以黄河上游龙羊峡、刘家峡两库五站梯级水电站群为研究背景,基于1919至1980年共计61年月径流资料,用随机动态规则多目标法模型系统和软件,计算得出了考虑综合利用约束条件时两库五站梯级水电站群的长期联合优化运行策略和综合统计指标,重点通过多方案分析较详细给出了发电目标与综合利用之间效益变化的数量结果。为实际应用提供了切实可用的多库多目标联合优化运行策略。 Taking two cascaded reservoirs Long Yangxia and Liu Jiaxia on the upper stream of Yellow Rever and their group of hydropower stations as the research background,based on the flow date of 61 years collection (from 1919 to 1980) and by using the random dy- namic programming and multicriterion optimization model and software,this paper calcu- lates and demonstrates the strategic and statistic criterions of long time optimal joint oper- ation of the two reservoirs and five power stations.With a consideration of comprehensive utilization of the constraints,the paper emphases on the analysis and comparison of many alternatives of design and gives the result detailed in benefit changes of the power genera- tion and comprehensive utilization.A feasible multi-reservoir objective strategic of optimal joint operation is also provided.
