摘要
本文对国产20万千瓦汽轮发电机组汽轮机的几种不同强迫冷却方案进行了经济性及零部件安全寿命的分析计算,并讨论了强迫冷却中的差胀及盘车问题。根据本文的计算以及现场的运行经验,文中给出了一些快冷中的控制指标。
The paper presents the analysis and calculation of the economics and the security life for several schemes of the forced-cooled nation-made 200MW turbine-generator. The problem of expansion differ- ence ed rotor winding in the forced cooling process is also discussed. Some criteria for controlling the cooling speed are given according to the results of calculation.
