摘要
100MW机组目前是我国电网调峰的主力机组,研究其在启动过程中最佳运行方式有着重要的现实意义。本文采用优化理论,以机组启动中的总损耗(由寿命损耗和燃煤损耗组成)为目标函数,同时考虑实际因素及价格浮动对各种损耗的影响,对100MW机组汽轮机在启动过程中的时间、温升率进行了优化和分析,得出了最佳温升率与不同启动工况等因素之间的关系,为电网机组的宏观经济管理,以及合理选取蒸汽温度变化率、最优启动方式提供了理论依据。
At present time,the 100MW generating unit is still the main unit for pike-load adjustment in China. It is important to search the optimal mode of operation in its start-up process. By using the the- ory of optimization and taking the total losses composed of the loss of fatigue life expendicture and fuel loss during start up process as the abjective function,the paper analyses and optimizes the period and temperature-elevation rate of the turbine during its start-up process with a consideration of different practical factors and the effect of variable prices on the losses, some relationship among the optimal temperature-elevation rate and different modes of start-up is obtained, and a theoretical foundation for the macro-management of the turbine-units in a power system, and for the selection of the steam tem- perature-change rate, as well as, for the optimal mode of its start-up is provided.
