摘要
内蒙古土默特左旗黑河村,是天然高砷饮水引起的地方性砷中毒病区.我们通过回顾性队列分析,算出SMR,判明在1961～1991年间饮高砷水的居民中,30～60岁的全死因、全癌及肺癌的实际死亡数与预期死亡数有显著性差异.
Heihe village in Tumote Zuoqi of Inner Mongolia is an endemic arsenism area, caused by natural high arsenic drinking water. A retrospective cohort study was carried out and SMRs were calculated.The results showed that the observed numbers of deaths from all death causes, all cancers and lung cancer were significant excess aver expected numbers in 30 - 60 years old residents drinking high arsenic well-water during 1961-1991.
