限盐膳食干预的试点研究 被引量:7

A PILOT STUDY ON DIETARY PATTERN MODIFICATION PROGRAM FOR SALT INTAKE REDUCTION

摘要 1988年4月至1989年5月在首都钢铁公司一个分厂开展以限盐为主改善膳食结构的试点研究,该公司另一个分厂为对照厂.干预一年后,干预厂平均每人每日食盐摄入量由15.9克减少到12.2克(P<0.01),较前减少23%;对照厂则由16.8克减少到15.5克,差异无显著性(P>0.05).干预厂随着食盐摄入量减少及综合干预措施的实施,平均血压水平下降明显大于对照厂. A pilot study on dietary pattern modification was carried out in a population with 1610 (1278 males, 332 females) iron-steel workers, and another population with 1292 (MM males, 178 females) iron-steel workers was selected as controls. The intervention started in April 1988 and ended in May 1989. Meansof daily salt intake reduced from 15. 9g/day to 12. 2g/ day means of(23% of reduction, P<0. 01) in the intervention population, and from 16. 8g/day to 15. 5g/day (8% of reduction,P<0.05) in the control population respectively. At the same time, means of blood pressure level for the intervention population also decreased significatly more than that of the control population.
