头静脉末段用于脑积水分流术的解剖学研究

APPLIED ANATOMY OF TERMINAL SEGMENT OF CEPHALIC VEIN IN ADULTS

采用游标卡尺、量角仪等对成人尸体的头静脉末段进行了解剖和测量,观察其用于脑积水分流术的可行性。结果,头静脉具备位置恒定、管径适宜、瓣膜可防止血液返流等解剖学特点。认为,侧脑室一头静脉为一较理想的脑积水分流途径。

The terminal segments of cephalic vein were observed and measured bilaterally on 25 adult embalmed cadavers with a vernier and protractor for studing ventriculovascular shunt. The results are as follows: (1) the terminal segment of the cephalic vein is close to cranial cavity, and its position promenet, superficial and little variation; (2) its diameter and angle at its convergion is suitable for setting up all kinds of tubes used in ventriculovascular shunt and (3)its complete valve can avoid blood returning. We think that direct shunting of the ventricular fluid into the cephalic vein is a good way for treatment of hydrocephalus.
