P物质感觉神经反射与过敏性支气管平滑肌收缩

摘要 在离体实验中观察到,用辣椒素预处理的大鼠支气管平滑肌对电场剌激的反应性较对照组下降了72%(n=10),对抗原攻击的反应性亦明显降低,其中快速收缩相较对照组下降了41%,痉挛收缩相较对照组下降了92%(n=10)。这些实验结果提示,辣椒素确有化学去 P 物质感觉神经作用,P 物质感觉神经形成的轴索反射机制在过敏性支气管平滑肌收缩之病理生理学过程中起重要作用。 The observation of responsiveness of rat bronchi pretreated with capsaicin was perforded in vitro.The responsiveness of them to electrical field stimulation decreased by 72 %,to antigen challenge decreased by 41%(rapid contraction)and 92 %(tonic contraction)when compared with those of controls.These results suggest that capsaicin relly has chemical impairment effect on substance P neurons and that substance P sensory nerve fibre reflex might play an important role in the pathophysiological process of allergic bronchial smooth muscle contraction.
