视网膜色素变性手术前后眼底血液动力学监测

MONITORING OF PRE—AND POST—OPERATIVE OCTUAR FUNDUS HEMODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY RETINITIS PIGMENTOSA

为探讨视网膜血液循环改善情况,作者对17例病人17只眼用眼底荧光素血管摄影进行了血液动力学监测。监测结果:17例病人中有11例网膜动脉灌注明显提前,17例病人中有12例病人网膜静脉回流时间缩短。通过血液动力学监测认为,视网膜血液循环可获得明显改善,上直肌脉络膜吻合术是一种十分有价值的手术。

The operations of chorioidea revascularization have been performed on 300 patients for retinitis pismentosa.We have got a saticfectory result.The visual acuity and field of 85 %patients were improved in varying degrees.We also monitored hemodynalics of ocular fundus with fluorescein fundus angiogrophy in 17 eyes of 17 patients and found the time of arterial engorgement and venous return were signiticantly shortened in comprison with those before operation.The results of hemodynamic monitoring show that the improvement of retinal blood circulation is quite obvious.In a word,the operation of chorioides revascularization turn to be a valuable and an effective means.
