TRH与补中益气汤合用对应激小鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响

The effect of TRH and Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang on RBC immunologic function recovery of amputation mice

小鼠预先应用TRH(0.2μg/只/天,ip)和补中益气汤(0.2g/只/天,po)共三天,行截肢手术应激,发现分别单独给药组对应激小鼠受抑的红细胞免疫功能有一定的恢复作用,两药联用效果更明显,表现为能使应激小鼠降低的RBC-C_(3b)R花环率、RBC-IC花环率和RBC免疫粘附促进因子明显升高,升高的RBC免疫粘附抑制因子降低。提示TRH和补中益气汤合用时,可通过各自的途径作用于机体,相互补充,而有利于红细胞免疫功能的恢复。

TRH (0.2μg/mouse/day, ip) & Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang (0.2g/mouse/day, pour sto-mach)were studied on the influence of RBC immunologic function recovery in amputation mice. It was discovered either that although either TRH or BZYQT been used alonely had some influence of RBC immunologic function recovery in amputation mice, there was a clear synergism effect on it when they were used together. The result indicated that there was a close relation among TRH-BZYQT-RBC immunity.
