逍遥散对大鼠脑中单胺类神经递质含量的影响 被引量:25

摘要 应用高效液相色谱电化学检测方法测定了逍遥散对大鼠不同脑区单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物含量的影响。逍遥散10、20g/kg po,一日两次,连续6天,显著升高下丘脑NA含量,同时升高纹状体DA含量,降低DOPAC含量,但对所研究各脑区5-HT及5-HIAA含量无任何影响。提示逍遥散选择性地作用于中枢儿茶酚胺能种经系统,这种作用与其治疗神经精神疾病及内分泌功能失调有关。 Xiao Yao San is a famous recipe used for the treatment of depression and some neuroendocrinal disorders in Chinese traditional medicine. Its neurochemical effect on the levels of monoamine neurotrarsmitters in rat brain was studied by the means of high performance liquid chromatograph vith electrochemical detection. At the doses of 10, 20g/kg (corresponding to the crud drug), p. o. twice daily for 6 days, Xiao Yao San elevated signifcantly the level of noradrenaline (NA) and decreased the level of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC)in rat hypothalamtis.It also increased the dopamine (DA)level and decreased the DOPAC level, with a marked elevation of DA/DOPAC ratio in the striatuin. No effect was seen OR the serotonitiergic system. Thus, the restults suggest that Xiao Yao San may act selectively on the central caiecholaminiergic system, which may play a prominent role on the clinical therapeutics of this recipe.
