摘要
本实验应用光镜和电镜观察了回生饮对大鼠油酸型呼吸窘迫综合症的病理学的影响。结果表明,回生饮能减轻呼吸窘迫综合症所致的肺水肿、肺不张、肺出血;增加肺表面活性物质的含量,对Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞的板层体、线粒体均有显著的稳定和保护作用,从而为回生饮“益气、补肺”的功效提供了科学依据。
Effect of pathologic features of RDS in rats treated by Hui Sheng Yin was observed under microscope and electronic microscope. Result showed that Hui Sheng Yin could reduce pulmonary edema, atelectasis, and pneumonrrhagia caused by RDS; increase contents of alveolar surfactant factors; and also obveously steady and protect mul-tilamellar body of type Ⅱ alveolar cell and mitochomdria. So it provided scientific proof for the efficiency of Hui Sheng Yin 'invigorating vital energy and benefit the lung.
