摘要
本文通过对给予《复方紫归》两周后小鼠的全血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清丙二醛(MDA)及心肌中脂褐素(LF)三项指标的测定,结果表明腹腔注射4mg和8mg两组的SOD酶活力显著增高,MDA含量有不同程度的下降,其中8mg组下降显著;心肌LF也有明显下降。口服12mg和24mg两组的SOD的酶活力也有一定程度的增高但无统计学意义;MDA含量都有降低,以24mg组更显著;心肌LF含量下降明显。
Ore year aged mice were administered with Zi Gui Complex for two weeks and then blood SOD, MDA or heart lipofuscin (LF) content were determined.
The results showed that in 4 mg and 8mg pos groups, SOD increased slightly while MDA or LF decreased with significance in 24 mg treated groups.
