藤五加抗应激作用研究

Studies on Antistress Effects of Acanthopanax leucorrhizus Harms. (Tengwujia)

藤五加醇提物能延长低温、高温、缺氧环境下小鼠存活时间;能改善环磷酰胺所致白细胞减少和氢化可的松所致血浆总蛋白减少;能改善寒冷应激所致红细胞免疫、白细胞吞噬以及淋巴细胞转化等功能低下。

The alcoholic extract of Acanthopanax leucorrhizus Harms (Tengwujia)could prolong the survival time of the mice under the hypothermic, the hyperthermic and the anoxic condition. The extract increased the WBC of leukopenic mice induced by cyclophamide, and elevated total plasma protein in mice pretreated with hydrocortisone. It also could evidently improve the immunologic hypofunction (WBC phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation etc. )induced by the cold stress in mice.
