分析黄芪在当归补血汤内的免疫作用差别及量-效关系

Immune Effects and Dose-Effect Relation of Huangqi in Danggui BuXue Tang

本文采用正常小白鼠给药后,通过对NK活性、IL-2活性、Mφ活性、CIC含量、溶菌酶含量五项免疫指标的测定,分析黄芪在当归补血汤内的量效关系及其重要意义。研究结果证实:当归补血汤内黄芪的用量既不可增,也不可减,而必须以“五倍黄芪归一份”的组方规律才是黄芪的最佳剂量。说明中医自古摸索与创导的宝贵经验能沿用至今,确实是祖国医学的珍宝。

DangGui BuXue Tang(DGBXT) is an old recipe, Which can cure internal impairment caused by overstrain. In DGBXT HuangQi is mainly used to tonify qi of spleen and stomach, and nourish blood and ying-energy comtined with DangGui. This paper detected five immue indexes, ie,activities of NK and IL-2 and M φ levels of circulating immune complexes and lysozyme, for indicating doseeffect relation and importance of HuangQi on DGBXT. The result proves the ratio dose of HuangQi to DangGui (equal 1 : 5) on DGBXT is most suitable, which suggests that traditional Chinese medicine is indeed the treasure of our motherland.
