摘要
本文以放射免疫分析法观察了老年大鼠血浆cAMP基础值和cAMP系统反应性的变化,以及人参煎剂的调整作用。与4月龄组和18月龄组比较,24月龄组血浆cAMP基础值明显降低(P<0.01),24月龄人参组血浆cAMP基础值明显高于24月龄组(P<0.01);18月龄和24月龄组与4月龄组比较,cAMP系统反应性明显降低(P<0.01),24月龄人参组cAMP系统反应性明显高于24月龄及18月龄组(P<0.01)。结果表明老年大龄cAMP系统基础值和反应性均随月龄增长而降低,人参煎剂具有调整作用。
The change of plasma cAMP basic content and the responsiveness of cAMP system to isoproterenol, as well as the regulatory effect of Panax ginseng Decoction in aging rats were investigated with radioimmur.oassay. It was found that the plasma cAMP basic content in 24-month-old rats significantly decreased as compared with 4-month-old and 18-month-old rats(P<0.01), and the plasma cAMP basic content in 24-month-old rats treated with Panax ginseng Decoction for six months was significantly higher than that of the control 24-month-old rats (P<0.01). The responsiveness of cAMP system to isoproterenol in the 18-month-old and 24-month-old rats significantly decreased as compared with the 4-month-old rats(P<0.01). The responsiveness of cAMP system in the 24-month-old rats treated with Panax ginseng Decoction was significantly higher than that of the 24-month-old and 18-month-old rats. The results indicate that both the plasma cAMP basic content and the responsiveness of cAMP system to isoproterenol in aging rats decrease in the aging process, and Panax ginseng Decoction has the regulatory effect on them.
